After he officially began his career as a Florida attorney, Matthew Palentchar started with a general practice firm in Naples, where he practiced in many different legal areas. That frustrated him enough to form Matthew G. Palentchar, Esq., P.A., in 2005 and operated that firm for five years. That was when he began to develop his specialty, in real estate law. Unfortunately, in 2010, Matt was hit with a life-threatening illness. Those caused him to leave Florida for a while.
Thankfully, Matt Palentchar is very tough and he was soon back in Florida, this time to St. Petersburg, where he formed Matthew G. Palentchar, PLLC. In better health than ever and more determined to be great, he formed Matthew G. Palentchar, PLLC in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he continues to focus almost exclusively on real estate and complex corporate transactions. He also does the more ordinary work, like title searches and title exams and the like, as necessary. And if a client needs it, he will also handle estate planning and probate issues, among other legal issues because he can. In addition to being a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association, Matt Palentchar likes to spend his free time volunteering for CASA, where he is a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litum for disadvantaged children.
