Since he passed the bar exam in 2004, Matt Palentchar’s law career has been very substantial and seemingly varied, although he prefers to practice in Florida real estate law. He started with a general practice law firm in Naples, Florida, where he practiced in many areas, including real estate, estate planning, civil, criminal and business law. However, he soon went off on his own, running Matthew G. Palentchar, Esq., P.A. until about 2010, when personal issues and a potentially deadly caused him to leave Florida for a time.
Matt Palentchar is tough, however. He worked through everything and soon overcame those personal problems and his illness and return to Florida feeling more focused on his legal career. He formed Matthew G. Palentchar, PLLC in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he now lives with his wife Heather and their two dogs. The current firm is far more specifically focused on real estate transactions and property law. That means he has developed a reputation for giving lenders, purchasers and sellers in complex commercial transactions. He can handle any task, though, and he would like to do so for almost anyone in the St. Petersburg area.
