Florida Lawyer, Matthew Palentchar

For the most part, Matthew Palentchar has practiced law in Florida since 2004. Since then, he has practiced in a number of areas, although his current law practice specializes in real estate, corporate transactions, probate, simple estate planning, and small business law. After high school in New Jersey, he earned a B.A. in political science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick and then a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University.

Following law school, Matthew moved to Florida and passed the bar exam, after which we started practicing with a general practice law firm in Naples. There, he was something of a jack-of-all-trades, in that he practiced in real estate, estate planning, civil, criminal and business law. Soon, he tired of that and formed Matthew G. Palentchar, Esq., P.A., which he ran from 2005 through 2010, when a life threatening illness and other issues forced him to leave Florida for a time.

However, when he showed his toughness and overcame all that, he returned to Florida, forming Matthew G. Palentchar, PLLC in St. Petersburg, Florida, with his wife Heather and their two dogs. In addition to being a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association, Matt also likes to spend his free time volunteering for CASA as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litum for children who need help.
